HOW DOES THIS WORK?

First, we schedule a phone consultation.  This is usually about 10-20 minutes, during which we will talk through all food allergies and preferences, dietary goals, review menu options and how many different meals you need and how many servings of each.  I'll follow this up with an email including your menu for final approval and confirm your pick up or delivery.

On your cook day, I start by shopping for all the ingredients needed.   I will plan to spend 2-3 hours to prep, cook and pack your meals, labeling each dish along with simple instructions for reheating and serving.

All that's left for you to do is enjoy your meals!
